Shipping Policy
Delivery Area We deliver orders to Finland and all European Union member countries.
Deliveries outside the EU We currently deliver only to Finland and EU member countries. For deliveries outside the EU, please inquire by contacting us at sales@otso-sauna.com — we will try to find a solution on a case-by-case basis.
Delivery Times
- Finland: 2–5 business days from the order
- EU countries: 5–10 business days from the order
Orders are processed on weekdays. During busy periods (e.g. before Christmas), delivery times may be longer than usual.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on the weight, size and delivery address of the order. The exact shipping price is shown before confirming the order.
Shipping Methods We use reliable transportation services, such as Posti or other similar courier companies. You will receive an order confirmation and tracking code by email when your order has been shipped.
Customs and Taxes No customs duties are charged on intra-EU deliveries. Prices include value added tax (VAT) in accordance with applicable legislation.
