Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
A return requires that the product is in the same condition as when received, that it has not been assembled or installed, and that it is in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You can start the return by sending us a message to sales@otso-sauna.com. If the return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and return instructions. We do not accept products that are sent back to us without an approved return request.

Damages and Problems Check the order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or incorrect. This allows us to assess the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Products Some products cannot be returned. These include, among others, custom-made products.
Exchanges You will get the product you want most quickly by returning the received product and purchasing a new product once the return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If the above conditions do not prevent it, you can cancel or return orders shipped to the European Union within 14 days for any reason and without explanation.

Payment Refunds You will receive a notification from us when the return has been received and checked. We will also inform you if we approve the refund. If the refund is approved, you will receive your money back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process the refund and credit it to your account.
